Senior Software Engineer, Agentic Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

• Collaborate to develop a profound, collective understanding with NVIDIA's pioneering engineering teams.

• Pinpoint friction points where agentic workflows can deliver the greatest impact.

• Work iteratively with teams to establish proof points for plan validation or adjustments.

• Utilize technical judgment to differentiate between sustainable architectural prospects and fleeting "tech du jour" trends.

• Transform compiler infrastructure to empower autonomous agents to perform high-dimensional optimizations.

• Conduct closed-loop validation on actual hardware.

• Incorporate systems into git-native workflows and continuous integration pipelines.

• Participate in cross-organizational collaborative efforts to share reusable agentic methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field.

• Over 6 years of relevant experience.

• Proficient in Python development.

• Familiarity with GPUs or other highly data-parallel systems.

• Proven experience in projects or roles involving the use and support of AI systems.

• History of delivering complex projects with minimal supervision, including identifying challenges or coordinating at pivotal moments.

• Experience in developing tools or systems through direct collaboration with internal customer or user teams.

• Examples of leading technical initiatives while adapting to changing requirements and adjusting direction based on evidence.

• Experience in one or more of the following areas: Multi-agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph) or LLM-based workflow automation.

• Knowledge of compiler infrastructure, intermediate representations, or program transformation.

• Experience with autonomous search or optimization across high-dimensional parameter spaces.

• Skills in hardware-aware performance optimization for deep learning tasks.

• Proficiency in code generation systems or domain-specific languages (DSLs).
