
Senior Software Engineer β Agentic AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
β’ Design and deliver production AI features in a comprehensive manner β RAG, agents, document understanding, conversational interfaces β across LangGraph / LiteLLM / pgvector / Langfuse.
β’ Lead the technical architecture for the AI product line, focusing on LLM orchestration, evaluations, observability, and balancing latency, cost, and reliability.
β’ Take ownership of AI initiatives from a technical standpoint β overseeing everything from specification to production, including deployment and post-launch evaluation improvements.
β’ Conduct code reviews and provide architectural feedback to the team; mentor engineers on best practices in AI engineering.
β’ Develop and enhance evaluation frameworks and quality metrics for AI features.
β’ Collaborate closely with Product Management, Design, and other teams to create AI features that effectively serve real users at scale.
β’ Integrate established patterns from the LLM ecosystem (frameworks, agent patterns, MCP, tool utilization) into the teamβs processes.
β’ Over 8 years of experience in commercial software engineering (Python is highly preferred).
β’ More than 3 years of experience in delivering LLM / GenAI features to production at scale.
β’ Strong expertise in LLM system design, including latency, cost, reliability, and evaluation-driven development.
β’ Practical experience with RAG in production and agent orchestration (LangGraph or an equivalent platform).
β’ Familiarity with tool usage/function calling and MCP patterns.
β’ Experience in observability and evaluations for LLM systems (Langfuse, Arize, or similar tools).
β’ Capability to make architectural decisions and review designs from others.
β’ Proficiency in English at a B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level.
