Senior Software Engineer – Admin Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take charge of projects, overseeing everything from requirements gathering, design, implementation, and testing, to monitoring and maintenance across the tech stack.

• Collaborate with team members, other engineering teams, and cross-functional partners to improve our users’ experience.

• Adhere to software design and development best practices while advocating for these practices within the team.

• Document design decisions and operational knowledge to ensure successful deployment and operation of services.

• Maintain code accuracy and efficiency by implementing appropriate test coverage, integration testing, and load testing.

• Establish robust alerting, dashboards, and runbooks for production services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional experience in backend systems within an enterprise setting.

• More than 2 years of programming experience in Python 2.x/3.x, Scala, or Java.

• Familiarity with SOA, microservices, and event-driven architectures.

• Experience with an enterprise-grade stack for scalable web applications, including messaging brokers, in-memory storage, and key-value databases.

• Strong understanding of TDD, unit testing, and automated testing paradigms.

• Proficiency in SQL and RDBMS solutions.

• Experience with containerized applications, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• A DevOps mindset is essential; AWS experience is an advantage.

• Familiarity with LLMs is a plus.

• Experience in large-scale data processing using Spark is a plus.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
