Senior Software Engineer, Account Onboarding – Management, Full Stack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement scalable applications within our AWS infrastructure, ensuring that all solutions align with business objectives and maintain high-quality standards.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, facilitating smooth product development from ideation to launch.

• Keep our technology stack modern and competitive by staying informed about the latest industry trends and advancements.

• Improve system observability and reliability by writing tests, incorporating key metrics, debugging problems, and learning from incidents.

• Support the growth of our team by helping with resume evaluations and conducting interviews for prospective candidates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of fullstack development experience with comprehensive ownership of critical business systems.

• Frontend: Strong skills in the React.js ecosystem (TypeScript, Hooks, Redux/Zustand, React Query, MUI, Emotion/Styled Components).

• Backend: Expertise in Node.js and TypeScript; experienced in API development and working with event-driven/serverless architectures.

• Familiarity with Python, Go, Nest.js, or similar languages/libraries is an advantage.

• Cloud & Database: Practical AWS experience (Serverless, basic networking, container services, RDS).

• Proficient in database design with PostgreSQL/MySQL, solid SQL fundamentals, and experience with ORMs (TypeORM, Prisma).

• Problem-Solving: Inquisitive and detail-oriented with strong debugging abilities, balancing accuracy with practical considerations.

• Collaboration & Growth: Strong communicator, receptive to feedback, and eager to take initiative in a dynamic environment.

• AI-assisted coding: Comfortable utilizing AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex) and knowledgeable about integrating LLM APIs (e.g., MCP, RAG).
