Senior Software Development Engineer – Test

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Engaging in functional and product design evaluations, integrating feedback into test plans and test cases.

• Designing and executing automated tests for functionality, load, and performance metrics.

• Developing and performing tests on new features and capabilities.

• Collaborating with a diverse team of developers, Systems QA, release engineers, architects, and program managers.

• Enhancing our testing and automation frameworks, defining test plans, and establishing effective automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of relevant experience along with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Proficiency in storage technologies, Cloud computing, Kubernetes/Docker, and networking concepts such as HTTP, DNS, and TCP/IP.

• Experience working in Unix/Linux environments and developing Automation frameworks using Python (additional points for knowledge of SQL/Couchdb).

• Highly responsible, self-directed, and motivated, capable of working independently with outstanding communication skills.

• A strong desire to understand, learn, and quickly analyze new technologies, as well as excellent debugging and troubleshooting abilities.
