Senior Software Development Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of software development experience with Java (versions 8/11/17+), Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud Microservices architecture.

• Demonstrated expertise with AWS cloud platforms including Compute: EC2, Lambda, ECS/EKS; Storage: S3; Databases: RDS, DynamoDB; Messaging: SNS, SQS, Kafka.

• Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs and event-driven systems.

• Strong understanding of distributed systems, design patterns, and API security (OAuth2, JWT).

• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or AWS SageMaker is preferred.

• Knowledge of GenAI / LLM integrations (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar) is preferred.

• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.

• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) is preferred.

• Experience with data pipelines and big data technologies (Spark, Kafka) is preferred.

• Exposure to multi-cloud environments (Azure/GCP is an advantage) is preferred.

• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices is preferred.

• Experience in healthcare or government domains is a plus.

• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Developer Associate, Kubernetes certifications, and MongoDB Certification Programs are advantageous.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (high school diploma plus 4 years of relevant work experience).
