This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Develop and manage agentic workflows that operate on production systems, executing multi-step tasks against real infrastructure instead of just assisting in an editor.
• Design the necessary guardrails: blast-radius limits, rollback procedures, CI as a mandatory gate, and confidence thresholds to determine what runs automatically versus what requires approval.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing enterprise-grade software with a solid understanding of testing and quality assurance processes (Required).
• At least 5 years of proven experience with the current programming languages and tools relevant to the position (Required).
• Practical experience with LLM APIs and agentic frameworks: tool calling, multi-step execution, and structured output (beyond AI coding assistants) (Required).
• Thinks in terms of trust boundaries, blast radius, and least privilege, especially regarding automation that has elevated access to production (Required).
• Knowledge of vulnerability management as a discipline: understanding severity and exploitability, SLAs, exception handling, and the differences between unpatched systems with documented exceptions and those unnoticed (Required).
• Experience with AI coding agents at repository scale (Claude Code or equivalent), running them across multiple repositories and building the necessary harness for trustworthy output (Preferred).
• Familiarity with evaluation and observability for non-deterministic systems, including measuring accuracy and detecting silent degradation (Preferred).
• Understanding AI governance in a security context, including model-use policy, data handling, and audit questions following agent-initiated production changes (Preferred).
• General experience with performance and load testing applications (Preferred).
• Experience in building enterprise-level software.
• Experience working within an agile organization.
• Understanding of build systems such as Jenkins or Bamboo.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to effectively interact with co-workers in a results-driven culture.
• Capacity to engage and establish trust and rapport with customers and employees at all levels.
• Solution-focused mindset, collaborating effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with the Apple platform.
• 2-year/Associates degree (Required).
• 4-year Bachelor's degree (Preferred).
