Senior Software Developer, Delphi

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• In the role of a Delphi developer (m/f/d), you will collaborate within an agile team to enhance our CAIGOS-GIS and CAIGOS-Globe offerings.

• You will oversee the complete development lifecycle, from gathering business requirements to ensuring stable production deployments.

• Your responsibilities will include maintaining and improving our existing Delphi applications (both frontend and backend).

• You will contribute to architectural and design choices for both new and existing components.

• Your work will involve implementing business logic and user interfaces, along with integrating SQL databases.

• You will assess business requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions.

• You will be tasked with integrating and managing various interfaces (such as REST, Protobuf, SOAP).

• You will engage in an agile Scrum team, participating in code reviews, testing, and technical coordination.

• Proven experience in software development using Delphi, ideally at a senior level.

• Strong understanding of object-oriented software development and principles of clean code structure.

• Familiarity with SQL databases and commonly used interface technologies.

• Willingness to embrace modern development methodologies and agile practices.

• A self-motivated working style and a passion for technical depth.

• Proficient command of German, both in spoken and written form.
