Senior Software Developer, Creatio Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and enhance CRM and business process automation solutions utilizing the Creatio platform.

• Create custom sections, pages, objects, and details within Creatio Studio, Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.

• Construct Freedom UI pages through declarative view and view model configuration, request handlers, converters, and validators.

• Maintain Classic UI schemas and transition Classic sections to Freedom UI as clients upgrade their systems.

• Model and optimize BPMN business processes effectively.

• Develop DCM cases and troubleshoot production process behavior utilizing the process log.

• Write C# code interacting with the Creatio server API, encompassing EntitySchemaQuery, Terrasoft.Core.DB.Select, entity event listeners, and custom configuration services.

• Design and execute integrations of Creatio with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, OData 4, and OAuth 2.0 standards.

• Manage integration retry behavior, idempotency, and error handling processes.

• Write SQL queries for analysis, reconciliation, and data migration tasks.

• Plan and implement data imports into Creatio Cloud environments utilizing platform tools.

• Package and deploy changes across development, staging, and production environments.

• Manage package dependencies and bound data effectively.

• Troubleshoot any failed package installations.

• Conduct testing of work prior to release.

• Maintain detailed technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integration contracts.

• Allocate approximately 80% of time to building, with the remaining time dedicated to deployment, documentation, and support.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in the IT industry.

• Practical experience in developing and customizing the Creatio platform.

• Familiarity with both Creatio Classic UI and Freedom UI.

• Proficient in C# and .NET programming skills.

• Knowledge of JavaScript for client-side development.

• Established integration experience with REST and SOAP services, OData, and JSON or XML payloads.

• Solid SQL proficiency with PostgreSQL or MS SQL Server for analysis and data migration purposes.

• Must be available between 10:00 PM and 2:00 AM Philippine time for communication, collaboration, or scheduled meetings.

• Preferred: Creatio certifications.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Clio, WorkspaceConsole, or other automated Creatio package deployment methods.

• Preferred: Experience with Git or SVN and CI/CD pipeline processes.

• Preferred: Knowledge in Creatio access rights modeling, including organizational and functional roles and record-level permissions.

• Preferred: Experience with Angular.

• Preferred: Customization experience in Creatio Mobile.

• Preferred: Involvement in Creatio.ai projects, including AI agents and custom LLM configurations.

• Preferred: Experience in Agile or Scrum delivery methodologies.
