Senior Software Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Implementation of software development projects, ensuring compliance with best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance throughout the development lifecycle, from conception to deployment.

• Work in partnership with stakeholders to guarantee a unified and integrated approach to development initiatives.

• Engage in continuous improvement processes, including code evaluations, performance assessments, and feedback mechanisms to enhance the overall development lifecycle.

• Employ agile development methodologies that support adaptive planning, iterative development, and prompt value delivery. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Collaborate with team members to cultivate a supportive environment that promotes continuous learning and professional development. Inspire a commitment to high-quality code, creativity, and problem-solving within the development team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in commercial development.

• Extensive understanding of Python stacks, frameworks, and tools such as pyspark, Delta Table, pyodbc, and psycopg2.

• Expertise in Test Driven Development, along with unit, integration, and acceptance testing.

• Familiarity with SQL, Docker, and cloud platforms like Azure.

• Strong communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and analytical skills.

• Preferred qualifications: Experience with PostgreSQL administration and maintenance.

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps CI/CD and release pipelines.

• Knowledge of Terraform.

• Experience in API design and development.
