Senior Software Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Develop and document new software applications and components.

• Grasp how code integrates into larger technical and/or business frameworks.

• Actively engage in code reviews and technical design evaluations.

• Contribute to medium to large-scale projects and assist in system/component design and implementation from development through to production.

• Investigate emerging technologies and create prototypes for innovative ideas.

• Ensure high testability and quality standards for delivered software.

• Collaborate with the Operations team to diagnose and resolve software defects.

• Participate in establishing Scrum processes and fostering an agile culture within the organization.

• Develop new applications and products that empower providers to offer high-quality patient services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in Full-stack enterprise Software Engineering.

• Proven experience in a dynamic, agile environment with minimal oversight.

• In-depth knowledge of Python/Django.

• Creative and motivated individual comfortable navigating uncertainty and thriving in a fast-paced, results-oriented setting.

• Eagerness to learn, explore new ideas, and push boundaries.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Proximity to central Istanbul is advantageous for potential on-site meetings.

• Advanced English proficiency is required; candidates below this level will be disqualified.
