This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and create robust, scalable, and maintainable backend services utilizing .NET Core (C#).
• Develop and manage RESTful and event-driven APIs.
• Create data access layers using MS SQL Server.
• Implement resilience patterns such as circuit breakers and retry policies.
• Design and deploy cloud-native solutions leveraging essential Azure services.
• Construct responsive, high-performance user interfaces utilizing React 18+ (with TypeScript strict mode).
• Contribute to and enhance an internal design system based on Mantine.
• Implement scalable data-fetching mechanisms using React Query.
• Write frontend tests employing Jest and React Testing Library.
• Work collaboratively with UX/design teams to transform wireframes into responsive UI experiences.
• Embrace an AI-first approach in daily development tasks.
• Actively participate in code reviews, upholding high standards for correctness, performance, security, and long-term maintainability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a technology-related field; or equivalent experience with a minimum of ten (10) years of solid technical experience in .NET (C#) and React.
• Strong understanding of API design, REST principles, and authentication/authorization (OAuth2, JWT, etc.).
• Proficiency in SQL Server and data modeling.
• At least three (3) years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Required experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and full-stack development.
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Experience working within an agile/scrum methodology.
• Detail-oriented with the capability to multitask, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly.
• Proven ability to independently apply a wide range of theories, concepts, principles, and methodologies to product projects with complex features.
• Preferred experience with microservice architecture, CQRS, or event-driven design.
• Preferred exposure to containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
• Preferred experience in regulated industries like healthcare or finance.
• Preferred familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability tools (e.g., App Insights, OpenTelemetry).
