Senior Software Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Create new product features and enhance current functionalities.

• Establish processes and tools to identify and fix bugs, ensuring optimal experiences for both our external and internal customers.

• Utilize advanced coding tools to expedite development and create processes that enable us to focus more on high-impact use cases.

• Oversee, troubleshoot, and resolve performance challenges within our product range.

• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to team members on best practices, positively impacting their professional growth.

• Enhance the overall developer experience by contributing to the development of tools and processes that simplify, secure, and expedite platform development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven expertise in Ruby/Ruby on Rails.

• Proficient in PostgreSQL.

• Experience with AWS.

• Skilled in JavaScript.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in developing scalable online software.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to independently manage a project and achieve desired results.

• Familiarity with the following technologies is advantageous: Redis.

• Twilio.

• Objective-C/Swift.

• Android/Java.
