Senior Software Developer – AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop AI solutions utilizing Python, .NET, and contemporary technologies.

• Play a key role in crafting solutions that incorporate LLMs, RAG, MCP, and AI harnesses.

• Create proofs of concept, conduct experiments, and design scalable solutions.

• Assist other teams in integrating AI within the Localiza Labs environment.

• Design components, accelerators, and establish best practices to encourage AI adoption throughout the organization.

• Engage in innovation, experimentation, and the ongoing advancement of intelligent solutions.

• Facilitate the transformation of concepts into AI-driven products, services, and tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent proficiency in Python.

• Excellent proficiency in .NET.

• Intermediate to advanced understanding of AI.

• Experience with or knowledge of LLMs.

• Familiarity with MCP.

• Familiarity with RAG.

• Experience with frameworks or tools for the validation, testing, and execution of AI solutions.

• Solid comprehension of architecture, integration, quality, and scalability.

• Experience with APIs, microservices, and system integrations.

• Plus: Experience with cloud technologies.

• Plus: Knowledge of vector databases and embeddings.

• Plus: Familiarity with MLOps or LLMOps.

• Plus: A passion for innovation, experimentation, and emerging technologies.

• Plus: Awareness of security, governance, and ethical AI practices.
