Senior Software Code Reviewer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assess and analyze the generated code in relation to the initial software engineering prompt.

• Determine if the coding task is clearly and accurately articulated.

• Verify that the tests effectively demonstrate whether the problem has been resolved.

• Spot gaps, ambiguities, false positives, and false negatives within the test suites.

• Ascertain if a solution that successfully passes the tests truly addresses the core problem.

• Consistently apply rigorous technical criteria and quality standards across all tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated professional experience in software development within production environments.

• Proficient in at least two of the specified programming languages.

• Experience in reviewing and assessing code produced by fellow engineers.

• Comprehensive understanding of automated testing — including how tests validate (or fail to validate) behavior.

• Background in contributing to or collaborating on open source projects.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong technical judgment.

• Ability to work entirely in English (both reading and writing).
