This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and enhance Boldin’s social media presence.
• Oversee and implement postings across platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn.
• Create and manage a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with the brand, product, and growth objectives.
• Maintain consistency in voice, tone, and messaging throughout all channels.
• Develop high-performing, shareable content that resonates with the audience.
• Craft and produce posts that educate, inspire, and encourage dialogue.
• Simplify financial concepts into engaging, culturally relevant content.
• Recognize and capitalize on trends, formats, and narratives that promote virality.
• Collaborate with video and design teams to produce captivating short-form and long-form content.
• Actively engage with comments, conversations, and community interactions.
• Foster a sense of community participation rather than mere broadcasting.
• Monitor and enhance key metrics such as follower growth, engagement rates, reach, shares, and saves.
• Experiment and iterate on formats, hooks, timing, and messaging to optimize performance.
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports detailing traffic and funnel performance for social channels.
• At least 4 years of experience in social media, content, or growth-focused roles.
• Demonstrated history of growing and managing social media accounts with quantifiable results.
• Experience in creating or directing high-impact content across various platforms.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
• Background in video content production (short-form and/or YouTube).
• Profound knowledge of social analytics and performance enhancement techniques.
• Strong understanding of personal finance and retirement planning, or a willingness to quickly acquire expertise.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and functions.
• Comfortable utilizing AI tools to improve content creation and workflow efficiency.
