• You are responsible for the content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, encompassing planning, briefing, and publication.
• You collaborate with our Creative Team, Motion designers, marketing colleagues, and various stakeholders to provide briefs and coordination.
• You manage our community on a large scale, actively engaging with comments, direct messages, and user-generated content.
• You handle influencer and UGC collaborations from start to finish — including selection, briefing, content review, and performance tracking.
• You work alongside the UA Manager to coordinate paid-social storytelling, ensuring coherence between organic and paid initiatives (without direct responsibility for paid ads).
• You regularly measure and report key social KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis — including reach, engagement, follower growth, as well as app-install and tip-team attribution.
• You collaborate closely with the Legal team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (particularly GlüStV, GGL) while maintaining creative freedom.
• You are present on-site during major brand activations to produce content and maximize visibility.
• You explore and experiment with new channels such as Pinterest, Reddit, and others.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management.
• Ideally, 3+ years of channel responsibility for a German B2C consumer brand.
• Proven track record in achieving measurable app installs or user acquisition through organic and influencer-driven strategies — beyond mere reach.
• Experience in managing influencer and creator collaborations that yield clearly measurable outcomes.
• Demonstrated growth of organic channels (portfolio or case studies required).
• Strong expertise in at least two of the following platforms: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn.
• Excellent analytical skills for interpreting engagement, attribution, and conversion data, as well as creating meaningful dashboards.
• Experience working with Creative teams (video, design, copy).
• Practical experience in video editing (e.g., CapCut, Premiere, basic knowledge of After Effects).
• Native-level proficiency in German, both spoken and written, with strong copywriting abilities.
• Competitive salary and flexible, trust-based working hours.
• 30 vacation days annually.
• 2 additional company holidays (December 24 and December 31).
• Generous budget for learning and development.
• Unique team events.
• Innovative benefits program.
• Open, honest, and direct communication culture.
• Quarterly feedback meetings for mutual growth.
• All necessary tools for your workday: MacBook, headphones, and more.
• A modern and inspiring workspace located in Berlin or Konstanz on Lake Constance.
• One dedicated learning day per month along with a substantial development budget for your personal growth.
• Buddy program: an experienced colleague will support you from day one to assist with onboarding.
