• Create and execute strategic concepts for social media platforms.

• Oversee all aspects of social media management autonomously, including strategic planning, content creation, and community engagement.

• Provide guidance to client teams regarding social media trends and develop customized strategies for various target demographics.

• Craft innovative social media campaigns, encompassing editorial planning, content development, and performance enhancement.

• Recognize beauty and lifestyle trends while experimenting with new formats.

• Employ creative methods to boost brand visibility and user engagement.

• Generate comprehensive performance reports and assess key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Offer insights on optimization opportunities and market trends.

• Conceive new brand management ideas influenced by customer and community feedback.

• Collaborate with client teams and internal departments to execute integrated marketing campaigns.

• Mentor junior team members and encourage the sharing of knowledge regarding social media strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of five years of significant professional experience in social media management.

• Demonstrated success overseeing a diverse array of brands and projects.

• Specialization in TikTok, with a thorough understanding of the platform, its community, and relevant content formats.

• Proficient in using Meta platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Business Suite.

• Experience in client communication, complemented by a professional, empathetic, and solution-focused approach.

• Strong awareness of contemporary social media trends and developments.

• High degree of self-motivation and eagerness to learn.

• Capability to organize tasks independently and operate confidently in fast-paced environments.

• Strategic and analytical mindset, along with experience in sustainable growth strategies and data-driven decision-making.

• Experience in analytics and reporting.

• Understanding of client requirements and the ability to foster long-term, trusting relationships.

• Familiarity with standard social media tools for planning, execution, and analysis.

• Excellent written and spoken proficiency in German and English.
