Senior Social Media & Content Creator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• You will collaborate with a team of over 20 social media experts, featuring strategic, creative, analytical, and communicative profiles.

• You will have direct and daily communication with clients, aiming to understand and address their needs.

• You will design and effectively implement strategies for B2B and B2C companies to enhance brand growth on social channels.

• You will create content for clients' social media across diverse sectors, aligned with strategic objectives and tailored to the unique nature of each platform to ensure maximum content reach optimized for various formats and consumption methods.

• You will need on-camera skills as you will be responsible for producing native video content (Shorts, TikTok, Reels), requiring excellent communication abilities, accent neutralization, and organic audience engagement.

• You will edit videos using tools like CapCut to incorporate narrative sequences, hooks, and trends that drive impact and potential virality.

• You will manage collaborations between brands and influencers, determining campaign briefings, ensuring collaboration compliance, and analyzing the profitability and success of these partnerships.

• You will present the results achieved on social media monthly.

• You will take a proactive role with clients, continuously proposing digital activations and improvements to enhance results.

• You will stay continuously updated on the latest trends and developments across various social media platforms, user experiences, formats, consumption methods, sectors, etc.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an agency or digital marketing consultancy managing social media projects.

• Technical knowledge of the current social media ecosystem, valuing strategic capabilities and experience with strategies on platforms like LinkedIn or TikTok.

• Experience in direct client management and communication.

• Education: Degree, Master's, or vocational training related to business, communication, marketing, or digital fields.

• Additional training and certifications in various areas of digital marketing that enhance a 360º strategy (analytics, paid media, SEO, etc.).

• Advanced English proficiency is highly valued.
