Senior Site Reliability Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Infrastructure & Services layer to manage internal data organization.

• Design, develop, maintain, and document internal platforms with an emphasis on automation and reliability.

• Take ownership of the stability, availability, and security of services.

• Engineer systems to be inherently resilient.

• Support services utilized by Product teams.

• Collaborate directly with Analysts, Scientists, and Engineers.

• Lead efforts in cost optimization and capacity planning.

• Troubleshoot hardware issues and coordinate remote assistance.

• Advocate for automation and best practices in engineering.

• Contribute to shaping the team's structure, tools, and future direction.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering / SRE / DevOps.

• 5+ years of experience working with Linux/Debian in a production environment.

• Proficiency in Python, Bash, and Git.

• Strong hands-on experience with containerization technologies.

• Production-level experience in managing servers and services using Ansible.

• Familiarity with Grafana and observability tools.

• Experience in building and operating GitLab CI/CD pipelines.

• Comfortable with debugging across the entire stack.

• Practical knowledge of server hardware.

• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.

• Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
