Senior Site Contract Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create, review, negotiate, and finalize contracts with study sites.

• Ensure adherence to established negotiation guidelines.

• Identify and evaluate legal, financial, and operational risks.

• Collaborate with internal functional departments to ensure that various site startup activities are synchronized with contractual obligations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.

• Prior experience that equips the candidate with the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the role (equivalent to 5+ years).

• Comprehensive understanding of contract law principles.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language.

• In-depth knowledge and proven ability to negotiate investigator grant budgets within set parameters.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Robust problem-solving abilities.

• Proven track record in effectively negotiating Investigator Contracts.
