Senior Site Contract Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Prepare, review, negotiate, and finalize agreements with study sites following local and accepted protocols.

• Negotiate within established limits for both investigator grant budget discussions and contractual terms and conditions.

• Ensure adherence to defined negotiation guidelines, authority approvals, contractual processes, and client expectations.

• Identify and evaluate legal, financial, and operational risks based on company and client contractual considerations.

• Offer recommendations and alternative solutions during Investigator Contracts negotiations.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure that various site startup activities are in sync with contractual obligations.

• Meet target cycle times for site activations.

• Complete necessary tracking and reporting as required.

• May provide training and mentoring to junior team members.

• Engage in country process improvement efforts.

• Conduct periodic quality reviews and provide peer feedback reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.

• Prior experience that equips the candidate with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (equivalent to 5+ years).

• Comprehensive understanding of contract law principles.

• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and the local language.

• In-depth understanding and proven ability to effectively negotiate investigator grant budgets.

• Demonstrated attention to detail.

• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.

• Strong knowledge and understanding of the pharmaceutical product development process and the role of CROs.
