Senior Sharepoint Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions for SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.

• Create custom applications utilizing SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.

• Develop integrations with .NET/C#, REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, and Azure Services.

• Produce and sustain custom web parts, extensions, and reusable components.

• Implement solutions employing CSOM, PnP Framework, PowerShell, and SharePoint APIs.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to collect requirements and provide technical solutions.

• Ensure that solutions adhere to performance, security, governance, and compliance standards.

• Engage in code reviews, testing, deployments, and production support.

• Diagnose and resolve intricate issues related to SharePoint and Microsoft 365.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of practical SharePoint development experience.

• Recent experience (within the past 12 months) in delivering SharePoint Online projects.

• Strong proficiency in: SharePoint Online, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), CSOM, .NET / C#, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, PowerShell.

• Familiarity with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 services.

• Solid understanding of SharePoint security, permissions, governance, and compliance.

• Experience in Agile delivery environments.

• Microsoft certifications in SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or Azure are highly sought after.

• Knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate) is a plus.

• Experience in consulting, professional services, or enterprise environments is preferred.

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

• Must be able to showcase recent hands-on SharePoint development experience and confidently discuss technical solutions during interviews.
