This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee all application development and support initiatives for CLIN 0004.
• Provide sprint-based enhancements and ongoing assistance for ABMC's Dynamics 365 Customer Service platform.
• Act as the technical steward for the application inventory, data flows, and integration architecture encompassing Dataverse, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Direct all release processes through ABMC's Change Control Board.
• Create, configure, and support Dynamics 365 Customer Service, including case management workflows, queues, routing rules, and entity customizations within the ABMC tenant.
• Develop and sustain Power Apps (both model-driven and canvas), Dataverse schemas, public-facing Power Pages sites, Power Automate flows, and Power BI reporting solutions tailored to ABMC's business needs.
• Design and manage OAI-PMH and RESTful API integrations to facilitate the WeRemember application and any future platforms.
• Keep up-to-date technical documentation for all supported applications, which includes application inventory, data flows, interface points, security roles, configuration decisions, and release history.
• Generate sprint deliverables such as Technical Design documents, Test Plans, Test Results, and Release Notes for each authorized iteration.
• Ensure that all application deliverables and outputs comply with Section 508 accessibility standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• A combination of education and nine or more years of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development experience will be accepted as a substitute for the degree requirement.
• A current Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certification, such as PL-400, MB-230, or PL-200.
• Over 7 years of experience in developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Practical experience in designing and utilizing OAI-PMH or RESTful APIs within a Power Platform or Azure integration architecture.
• Experience providing support for Dynamics 365 or Power Platform applications in a federal civilian or regulated government setting.
• Proven track record of delivering under a sprint-based model, adhering to formal change control processes and Section 508 compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for sprint tracking, source control, and CI/CD pipeline management in a government cloud environment.
• Experience in developing Power BI dashboards for operational or management reporting for federal program offices.
• Awareness of Microsoft 365 Copilot Studio or AI Builder features within the Power Platform.
• Must either possess or be eligible to obtain and complete a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance.
