This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Implementation, customization, support, and enhancement of solutions focused on the management of risks related to third parties, suppliers, and strategic partners.
• Experience in development and customization on the ServiceNow platform.
• Involvement in BCM (Business Continuity Management) and/or IRM/GRC projects.
• Knowledge of processes such as: Business Continuity Management (BCM); Business Impact Analysis (BIA); Business Continuity; Disaster Recovery (DR); Crisis Management; Operational Risk Management.
• Development using JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
• Integrations via REST, SOAP, HTTP, and Web Services.
• Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, workflow configuration, and automation of business continuity processes.
• Knowledge of governance, compliance, and corporate risk management.
