Senior Services Engagement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Israel.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with our sales teams, including Account Managers and Solutions Engineers, to foster strong customer relationships and expand the Cloudera Professional Services business.

• Define, scope, and market our professional services offerings.

• Draft Statements of Work or Change Orders for evaluation by Cloudera's legal team and deal desk.

• Partner with our Project Management Office (PMO) to oversee service engagements with customers, serving as the main point of escalation and ensuring high-quality delivery for our customers.

• Occasionally take direct charge of service engagements.

• Contribute to the planning and forecasting of our resource allocation.

• Work closely with customers to align Cloudera tasks and activities.

• Act as a liaison between the customer and various departments within Cloudera, including Support and Engineering.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in leading the scoping, selling, and delivery of large-scale, data-driven projects.

• Strong customer relationship management skills, including handling escalations and participating in executive steering committee meetings.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.

• Familiarity with software implementation and project/program management methodologies.

• Experience in effectively managing project or engagement delivery, ideally within an enterprise software or SaaS environment.

• Self-motivated individual with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
