
Senior ServiceNow Technical Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead a team to develop, deliver, and oversee the SaaS environment for ServiceNow FSM capabilities.
• Manage the entire scope of work, including planning and scheduling, resource allocation, transition planning, reporting, preparation of deliverables, quality assurance and metrics, customer relationship management, and strategic business planning.
• Analyze new and intricate project-related challenges and devise innovative solutions that encompass finance, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and solution components.
• Oversee daily management of overall project and contract support operations, potentially involving multiple tasks and personnel across various locations.
• Organize, lead, and coordinate all activities linked to the assigned project’s planning and production.
• Take ownership of project outcomes.
• Collaborate with the project sponsor and stakeholders to finalize the project charter, detailing scope, goals, deliverables, resource requirements, budget, and timeline.
• Develop a work breakdown structure to estimate the effort needed for each task.
• Provide a project schedule to outline the timeline for task completion.
• Articulate expectations clearly to team members and stakeholders.
• Ensure the program is delivered on schedule, within budget, and meets the required quality standards.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with DoD and other stakeholders.
• Mediate discussions between stakeholders and team members.
• Identify and address risks and issues that could affect the program's success.
• Resolve issues and troubleshoot throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project scope by ensuring that any changes are documented and approved.
• Monitor and report on project milestones, providing status reports as requested.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire team members.
• Make decisions and recommendations based on the business needs of each project, ensuring ongoing decisions align with organizational best interests.
• Track and report on the program's progress to key stakeholders.
• Promote business growth by identifying opportunities to enhance our offerings, improve service delivery, and cultivate a culture of innovation within the team.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Over 8 years of relevant work experience in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• More than 5 years of experience in managing ServiceNow FSM platform implementations.
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing web applications.
• At least 3 years of experience in defining and delivering systems support strategies, with strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
• Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodology.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
