Senior ServiceNow Project Manager

📋 Description

• The Senior Project Manager oversees the management of designated technical projects.

• This role involves the daily management of specific project segments.

• The Senior Project Manager coordinates the collective group of projects, serving as a centralized source of knowledge and control for the overall initiative.

⛳️ Requirements

• A PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory.

• Proven capability to independently oversee medium to high-risk projects with significant complexity and client visibility.

• Familiarity with project management standards, processes, procedures, and guidelines utilizing both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Understanding of industry project management best practices, such as the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).

• In-depth knowledge of the company's products and services.

• Strong comprehension of various IT project methodologies and life cycles, including conversions, incremental approaches, rapid delivery, and the traditional phases of analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation, along with their appropriate application.

• Exceptional skills in analysis, problem-solving, teamwork, conflict resolution, and time management.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Advanced proficiency in project management software.

• Demonstrated capability to manage project budgets and timelines effectively.

• Skilled in negotiation techniques to achieve consensus amid differing perspectives.

• Ability to facilitate effective interactions with executive-level clients.

• Consistently set clear expectations, manage team performance, and foster high morale among team members.
