Senior ServiceNow Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and oversee the ServiceNow product roadmap.

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to establish business requirements.

• Lead the strategy for the platform, including enhancements and integrations.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies to ensure timely project delivery.

• Maintain governance, compliance, and industry best practices.

• Become a part of ClinDCast, which collaborates with healthcare organizations to deliver healthcare IT innovations, EHR implementation and optimization, data conversion, regulatory and quality reporting, enterprise data analytics, FHIR interoperability strategies, payer-to-payer data exchange, and API strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 15 years of experience is required.

• Extensive expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD.

• Practical experience in ServiceNow Product Ownership.

• Profound knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies.

• Experience with ServiceNow integrations, such as REST, APIs, and MID Server.

• In-depth understanding of workflow automation and the architecture of the ServiceNow platform.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• Experience with large-scale ServiceNow implementations.

• Capability to define the product roadmap and prioritize the backlog effectively.

• Familiarity with the ITIL framework and best practices.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is preferred.

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification is preferred.

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification is preferred.

• ITIL Certification is preferred.
