
Senior ServiceNow Developer – FSM, Service Bridge

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provides support for the technical design of architecture, ensuring overall code quality and maintaining a highly available and recoverable environment.
• Aids in the design, prototyping, implementation, testing, and deployment of business rules and technical solutions.
• Creates custom integration components and connects legacy systems with the platform using mid-server and other relevant technologies.
• Documents, maintains, and updates policies, procedures, and controls for platform operations and the software development life cycle while advocating for agile development.
• Supports ServiceNow System Administrators with incident resolution when necessary.
• Designs and develops new applications and services within the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborates with the ServiceNow Business Analyst to estimate the effort required for releases.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, capable of obtaining a Secret clearance, and eligible for DHS Suitability.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow FSM and/or Service Bridge.
• Familiarity with the principles, methods, and techniques utilized in ServiceNow development.
• Knowledge of Enterprise and/or IT Service Management.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow System Administration.
• Experience in gathering requirements, designing database schemas, and data modeling.
• At least 8 years of directly related experience.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Experience in process and solution integration, workflow design/configuration, and reporting.
• Familiarity with integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc.) and web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, and Web Services).
• Experience with LDAP Integration, ServiceNow Development APIs, and troubleshooting performance-related issues.
