This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia.
• Provide support and leadership for ongoing continuous improvement initiatives related to ServiceNow.
• Work collaboratively with a varied workforce in a matrixed environment.
• Enhance the current ServiceNow framework.
• Ensure the implementation and ongoing execution of service improvements.
• Collect and document both business and system requirements.
• Create implementation strategies, standard operating procedures, and system architecture for all project rollouts.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• A minimum of 8 years of demonstrated experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• In-depth knowledge of the platform’s architecture and its functionalities.
• At least 6 years of experience in design, development, and support roles.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in leading software development projects.
• Practical ServiceNow development experience across various modules.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Asset Management (ITAM).
• Experience with integrating ServiceNow with external systems.
• Current ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) Certification or the capability to obtain it within 3 months.
