Senior ServiceNow Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions within both CSM and ITSM environments.

• Create scalable workflows, automations, and customizations for the ServiceNow platform.

• Develop and maintain custom applications, integrations, and functionalities for the Service Portal.

• Configure and provide support for Flow Designer, workflows, subflows, and automation logic.

• Create and manage client scripts, business rules, script includes, UI policies, UI actions, and ACLs.

• Design and oversee data models including custom tables, relationships, and CMDB integrations.

• Develop integrations using REST APIs, spokes, import sets, and transform maps.

• Collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and delivery teams to convert business requirements into technical solutions.

• Engage in troubleshooting, optimization, and efforts to enhance the platform.

• Support enterprise-level implementations while ensuring adherence to development best practices and platform scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.

• Proven experience in implementing and supporting Customer Service Management (CSM).

• Strong scripting skills utilizing Glide APIs along with ServiceNow development best practices.

• In-depth understanding of data modeling, table relationships, extensions, and platform architecture.

• Familiarity with ACLs, role-based security, and platform governance.

• Experience with Flow Designer including custom flows, subflows, and automation development.

• Proficient in Service Portal and UI configuration.

• Experience with Import Sets and Transform Maps.

• Knowledge of REST API integrations and connectivity with third-party systems.

• Capability to work within both legacy and modernized ServiceNow environments.

• Exceptional troubleshooting and debugging skills.
