This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Design and create sophisticated ServiceNow configurations and customizations across CSM, ITSM, HRSD, and SLO modules.
• Architect and execute integrations utilizing IntegrationHub, MID Server, REST/SOAP APIs, and Workflow Data Fabric.
• Develop and sustain business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI actions, and scheduled jobs using server-side JavaScript and Glide APIs.
• Lead technical design and code reviews, ensuring compliance with Azure DevOps stage gates and SDLC standards.
• Roll out the Now Assist (GenAI) features, including AI-driven case deflection and knowledge article creation.
• Collaborate with platform administrators on upgrade preparedness, patching schedules, and regression testing planning.
• Convert intricate HRSD, IT Service Desk, and CSM requirements into scalable technical solutions accompanied by comprehensive documentation.
• Create and maintain technical design documents, integration specifications, and operational runbooks.
• Guide mid-level developers and system administrators on platform best practices, performance optimization, and security enhancements.
• Ensure that deployments adhere to the Dev > Test > Prod update set pipelines and Azure DevOps release protocols.
• Over 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience in a production enterprise setting.
• Proven delivery across at least three areas: CSM, ITSM/HRSD, SLO Management, IntegrationHub, or Service Portal.
• Strong scripting skills with server-side JavaScript, Glide API, GlideRecord, GlideSystem, REST message scripting, and transform maps.
• Experience with production integration connecting ServiceNow to external systems through REST, SOAP, JDBC, or MID Server, including error handling and retry logic.
• Familiarity with Workflow Data Fabric or similar event-driven integration methods on ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of the ServiceNow security model, including ACLs, roles, user criteria, and data isolation strategies.
• Proficient in Azure DevOps or similar SDLC tools: branching strategies, code review gates, and deployment pipelines for ServiceNow update sets.
• Capability to self-manage deliverables across multiple concurrent workstreams in an Agile/Scrum environment without a designated PM.
• History of producing clear, auditable technical documentation and runbooks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• Nice to Have:
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in CSM, ITSM, or HRSD.
• Practical experience with Now Assist, AI Search, or other GenAI features on the ServiceNow platform.
• Familiarity with Performance Analytics, reporting frameworks, and executive dashboard design within ServiceNow.
• Experience in supporting or leading a significant ServiceNow version upgrade (Utah, Vancouver, Washington DC, Zurich or later).
• Exposure to multi-instance ServiceNow architectures and cross-instance data patterns.
• ITIL v4 Foundation or higher with practical experience.
