This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Serve as a primary technical liaison for Addingwell's partner agencies.
• Assist agencies with their integrations: onboarding, deployments, and advanced troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain enablement resources (guides, FAQs, procedures) for partners.
• Establish feedback mechanisms between agencies and internal teams to pinpoint recurring issues.
• Act as the main technical contact for technology partners (Google, Meta, etc.) and supervise integrations and certifications.
• Guarantee the quality and dependability of server-side integrations for Addingwell clients.
• Investigate and resolve technical incidents (data collection, tagging flows, connectors).
• Collaborate with engineering to prioritize fixes and enhance resolution times.
• Contribute to the advancement of internal tools, dashboards, and support processes.
• Lead Addingwell's technical documentation strategy (both internal and client-facing).
• Write and update integration guides, API references, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Partner with Product and engineering teams to ensure the consistency and currency of content.
• Communicate field feedback (from clients and agencies) to the Product team to shape the roadmap.
• Engage in the design and implementation of new features, ensuring technical readiness for support.
• Proactively suggest enhancements that improve the client and partner experience.
• Over 6 years of experience in a technical role (senior technical support, solutions engineer, technical consultant, etc.).
• Strong proficiency in server-side tracking: GTM Server-Side.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript and tag management architectures (including GTM client-side).
• Practical experience with analytics tools: GA4, Piano Analytics, or similar.
• Comfortable with REST APIs, webhooks, and debugging tools (Postman, Charles Proxy, etc.).
• Excellent interpersonal skills: you can tailor your communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented: you effectively manage your priorities and deliver consistently.
• A natural educator: you take pleasure in explaining, documenting, and disseminating knowledge.
• Comfortable working in a scale-up environment: you know how to create structure where it is lacking.
• Proficient in both English and French (required).
