Senior SEO/GEO Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will develop, plan, and implement comprehensive strategies for both traditional Google visibility and AI systems.

• You possess mastery over all essential disciplines of search engine optimization, both in theory and practice.

• You will thoroughly familiarize yourself with the business models, target audiences, and thematic realms of our clients.

• You will collaborate with our internal team to create various proposals for our clients and execute measures in Shopify and WordPress (SEO / GEO / Content / Linkbuilding).

• You serve as the communicative and strategic interface between the client and our internal team.

• You will drive AI-based analyses, experiments, and technical optimizations to systematically enhance rankings, traffic quality, and organic conversions.

• You have 3+ years of experience in SEO and can demonstrate concrete successes.

• You are a strong communicator who can explain complex systems in a simple manner.

• You excel in self-organization in a full-remote environment.

• You take maximum responsibility for your results and KPIs.

• You have analytical and strategic understanding, allowing you to act based on data.

• You are experienced with content management and e-commerce systems such as WordPress, Shopify, and Shopware.

• You have experience using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, etc.

• You can effectively and efficiently utilize AI, using it for more than just research and content creation.
