This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Design and implement SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to enhance CI&T's organic visibility on search engines and AI-driven platforms.
• Perform technical SEO audits to discover opportunities related to crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, information architecture, schema markup, and overall organic performance.
• Strategize and execute both global and local content plans that emphasize search intent, topical authority, and discoverability within AI Search ecosystems.
• Undertake keyword research, semantic analysis, entity analysis, and identify content opportunities across various markets and regions.
• Partner with content, branding, media, analytics teams, external collaborators, and global stakeholders to ensure excellence in SEO/GEO across digital projects.
• Track organic performance utilizing tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, and emerging AI visibility tools.
• Develop dashboards, executive reports, and business-focused analyses that connect organic metrics to pipeline generation, engagement, and growth.
• Conduct ongoing tests and experiments to optimize content, page structure, interlinking, snippets, and formats aimed at AI-generated responses.
• Stay updated on SEO, GEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) trends, and the progression of search algorithms and LLMs, providing strategic insights to the team.
• Contribute to CI&T's global thought leadership and digital authority initiatives.
• Ensure the implementation of technical SEO/GEO best practices on CI&T's global website platform (Webflow).
• Significant experience in SEO, preferably in global, enterprise, or digital agency settings.
• Advanced understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and content strategies.
• Familiarity with GEO, AI Search, LLM Optimization, AEO, or optimization initiatives for generative platforms.
• Proficient with tools like GA4, Google Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, and similar platforms.
• Analytical skills to convert data into actionable insights.
• Knowledge of web architecture, basic HTML, schema markup, and site performance metrics.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with marketing, technology, and content teams.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Proactive approach, focused on experimentation and continuous learning.
• Experience with international/multilingual SEO strategies is an advantage.
• Understanding of AI-driven search experiences and optimization for platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Copilot.
• Familiarity with automations, Python, APIs, or AI workflows related to marketing.
• Background in technology companies, digital consulting, or digital transformation.
• Certifications in SEO, Analytics, or Digital Marketing.
• Knowledge of Webflow.
