Senior SEO, Website Growth Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Responsible for SEO/GEO and website growth initiatives including Technical SEO, content architecture, AI search visibility, and web conversion.

• Define and ensure the quality of technical website requirements, such as CMS workflows, crawlability, indexing, internal linking, schema markup, redirects, canonicals, hreflang, tracking, and Core Web Vitals.

• Develop commercially oriented keyword, entity, and topic strategies for the DACH regions in E-commerce, ERP, marketplace, and multichannel.

• Manage GEO initiatives, including AI search monitoring, optimization for answer engines, entity and citation strategies, as well as visibility tracking across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.

• Oversee website governance, launch QA, tracking, redirects, content updates, and experiments in collaboration with Demand Generation and content teams.

• Engage in close cross-departmental collaboration with marketing, engineering, design, and external partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong technical SEO background with hands-on experience in GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog/Sitebulb, CMS workflows, schema markup, redirects, canonicals, indexing, and web performance.

• Distinct commercial growth mindset focused on pipeline impact, ICP fit, conversion, and scalable website growth.

• Keen interest in GEO/AI search trends, entities, citations, and evolving search behaviors.

• Ability to translate marketing goals into clear technical and operational requirements.

• Structured, hands-on working style with experience in building scalable processes and governance structures.

• Experience in B2B SaaS, E-commerce, Martech, ERP, or marketplace environments.

• Proven track record of expanding non-brand organic demand and enhancing website conversions.

• Fluent in both German and English.
