Senior SEO Specialist – SEO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for various client accounts.

• Perform SEO audits, establish KPIs, and provide measurable enhancements in traffic, visibility, and conversions.

• Stay informed about Google algorithm updates, AI Overviews (AIO), GEO trends, and AI-driven ranking systems.

• Convert technical and analytical insights into actionable recommendations for clients.

• Research, compile, and deliver SEO growth plans, performance reports, and strategic opportunities.

• Enhance visibility across both traditional SERPs and AI-enhanced search environments.

• Conduct in-depth keyword, entity, and topical authority research using AI-powered SEO tools.

• Identify semantic clusters, search intent opportunities, and trends in conversational search.

• Optimize websites and content for Google AI Overviews (AIO), ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and emerging AI search platforms.

• Track shifts in AI-generated search results and uncover new visibility opportunities.

• Prepare SEO-first content briefs and work closely with content writers.

• Conduct advanced technical SEO audits utilizing Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, and enterprise crawling tools.

• Support large-scale websites, multi-domain architectures, and international SEO implementations.

• Develop ethical and scalable link-building and authority-enhancing campaigns.

• Assess SEO performance using GA4, GSC, Looker Studio, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other analytics platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of practical SEO experience, ideally within a digital agency setting.

• Demonstrated success in achieving measurable SEO growth across diverse projects or industries.

• In-depth knowledge of technical SEO, on-page SEO, content SEO, and semantic optimization.

• Experience with AI Overviews (AIO), GEO, and AI-assisted search optimization.

• Understanding of how LLMs retrieve, summarize, and present content.

• Familiarity with using AI tools and automation workflows in SEO operations.

• Strong preference for experience with automation platforms for SEO workflows.

• Excellent analytical skills with a performance-driven attitude.

• Outstanding communication, reporting, presentation, and client-management abilities.

• Proficient knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or a related discipline.
