This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Take ownership of and implement thorough on-page, technical, and off-page SEO strategies.
• Perform extensive keyword research that aligns with buyer intent, various stages of the customer journey, and business objectives.
• Assess and enhance website content, landing pages, and site architecture to boost rankings and user experience.
• Detect and address technical SEO challenges, including issues related to crawlability, indexing, page speed, and Core Web Vitals.
• Create and execute backlink growth strategies through outreach efforts and partnerships.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop SEO-focused content strategies, including blogs, landing pages, and resource hubs.
• Enhance internal linking, calls-to-action (CTAs), and user pathways to increase conversions from organic traffic.
• Elevate search visibility for high-intent audiences and enhance qualified pipeline generation.
• Monitor rankings, website traffic, and SEO key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
• Analyze SEO performance using GA4 and conversion analytics.
• Provide regular performance reports that include actionable recommendations aligned with business outcomes.
• 3–5+ years of practical SEO experience.
• Demonstrated success in driving organic traffic growth and achieving measurable business results (leads, revenue, conversions).
• Strong expertise in technical SEO, including site architecture, schema, indexing, and performance optimization.
• Advanced skills with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
• Experience utilizing Google Analytics (GA4) and conversion tracking methodologies.
• Capability to convey SEO insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Preferred: Experience in B2B, marketplace, or lead generation environments.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like Webflow, HubSpot CMS, or Payload.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience working collaboratively with developers on technical SEO implementations.
• Understanding of content strategy and editorial planning.
• Work remotely from any location within LATAM.
