Senior SEO Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Execute SEO and GEO strategies for multiple company websites worldwide.

• Quickly grasp and support initiatives that contribute to our organic growth.

• Serve as a primary SEO contact for Business Unit stakeholders, ensuring robust daily communication and collaboration with content creators, marketing managers, and BU leadership.

• Design and implement strategies that utilize generative AI to enhance search engine visibility and user engagement.

• Offer recommendations and execute content development strategies in alignment with SEO objectives, both general and specific to topics/keywords.

• Optimize website architecture, including URLs, internal linking, and sitemaps, to improve crawlability and indexability, while providing advice on structured data.

• Advise BUs on link-building strategies that align with brand SEO objectives.

• Deliver training and support to marketing managers on SEO basics and advanced methodologies.

• Excellent communication skills, with fluent written and spoken English, capable of thriving in a global environment.

• Exceptional creative thinking abilities, capable of identifying and solving problems.

• Strong attention to detail and the capability to effectively multitask in a deadline-driven setting.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills.

• Experience in using AI workflows and processes to enhance SEO execution.

• Over 5 years of experience in all facets of SEO.

• Familiarity with website analysis utilizing GA4.

• Proficient in using popular SEO tools such as SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and Search Console.

• Experience with CMS Contentstack is advantageous.

• Previous work experience in an SEO agency environment is highly desirable.

• Strong experience collaborating and working within Microsoft SharePoint and Teams.
