This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Responsible for SEO initiatives, deliverables, and performance enhancement.
• Conduct technical site audits and maintain SEO technical aspects as outlined in the proposed SEO strategy.
• Regularly monitor performance and website issues using Analytics and various Marketing Tools.
• Align goals with key SEO KPIs and customer engagement metrics.
• Thoroughly conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Assist account managers and convey the effects of search marketing to clients.
• Aid in new business efforts through proposals and market research.
• Develop data-driven SEO content strategies for GPC clients; share SEO insights and expertise with clients.
• Create presentations to support strategic search optimization consulting.
• Oversee, create, and summarize monthly SEO reports.
• Facilitate all SEO-related activities.
• Manage internal linking and outreach tasks to enhance site performance.
• Supervise and validate freelancer outputs to ensure they meet the highest standards.
• Keep a close eye on new Google guidelines and updates.
• Review articles for SEO quality assurance; suggest relevant content optimizations for maximum impact.
• Support the Head of Search and Managing Director APAC with new business needs and major projects.
• When necessary, oversee the time management and quality of freelancers and junior team members.
• Collaborate with the project management team to enhance processes and resource management.
• Activate and integrate paid ads (text and banners).
• Launch PPC campaigns and manage/optimize campaign expenses, including estimating costs, reconciling discrepancies, and monitoring the budget.
• Track budget and bids to achieve better ROI.
• Participate in keyword selection and audience targeting.
• Combine SEO and PPC strategies for budget efficiency and performance improvement.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the SEO industry.
• Experience in a similar role within an agency setting is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of the latest SEO techniques and algorithm updates.
• Proficient in Google Webmaster Tools, Google Analytics, AdWords, SEMRUSH, Botify, and other keyword research and competitor analysis tools.
• Demonstrated success in delivering high-performance SEO strategies for various clients.
• Experience in developing effective outreach strategies.
• Familiarity with WordPress and other CMS platforms.
• Strong HTML and CSS skills.
• Exceptional presentation and reporting abilities.
• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
