Senior SEO Specialist – Affiliate/Arbitrage

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Initiate and expand affiliate websites in global iGaming / arbitrage markets;

• Conduct research on semantic clusters, competitors, SERPs, and scalable growth opportunities by geographic location;

• Develop and implement link-building strategies utilizing various link types, dropped/auction domains, and PBN networks;

• Oversee the complete SEO project lifecycle: domain selection, site configuration, content creation, indexing, off-page growth, and achieving first FTDs;

• Execute SEO experiments, test hypotheses, adapt to algorithm changes, and scale successful tactics;

• Collaborate on bulk content generation, rewriting/synonymization, and content scaling processes;

• Monitor key SEO and business KPIs: rankings, traffic, indexation, conversions, and FTDs;

• Automate routine SEO tasks and enhance workflows wherever feasible.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of SEO experience in the international iGaming sector;

• Familiarity with competitive/grey niches across various international GEOs;

• Practical understanding of both White Hat and Black Hat SEO techniques;

• Experience with dropped/auction domains, PBNs, and large-scale link-building;

• Knowledge of cloaking use cases, GEO-specific gambling regulations, and link equity transfer through redirects, internal linking, and domain networks;

• Hands-on experience with WordPress and multilingual configurations, such as Polylang and WPML;

• Practical experience with Cloudflare, WAF rules, and basic technical SEO setup;

• Strong proficiency in Ahrefs for cluster research, competitor analysis, and SERP evaluation by GEO;

• Experience with bulk content generation and link-placement tools;

• Understanding of strategies for SERP monopolization;

• Capability to manage multiple websites concurrently;

• English proficiency at B1+ level for reading technical documentation;

• Fluent in Ukrainian, both written and spoken.
