Senior SEO Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Technical SEO: You will enhance architecture, crawling, indexing, and Core Web Vitals in close partnership with our development team.

• Content strategy: You will create scalable keyword clusters, landing pages, and local SEO strategies that have a definitive traffic impact.

• Digital PR & Link Building: You will establish high-authority backlinks and coordinate campaigns alongside content and PR efforts.

• Monitoring & Reporting: You will develop KPI frameworks and dashboards, analyze performance metrics, and prioritize initiatives based on ROI.

• Cross-team enablement: You will collaborate closely with Growth, Product, and Brand teams to integrate SEO into our go-to-market strategy.

• Future Search (AI/LLM): You will refine structure, internal linking, and trust signals to ensure content excels in generative search results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in both technical and strategic SEO, preferably in a B2C or platform setting.

• Demonstrated SEO achievements (e.g., +1M sessions, visibility increases, or top rankings in competitive markets).

• Strong understanding of crawling, indexing, content structure, and Core Web Vitals.

• Proficient in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Sistrix, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console (GSC).

• Excellent analytical skills and a growth-oriented mindset — you make decisions based on data.

• Proficiency in both German and English.
