Senior SEO Freelancer – 40–50%

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Create and implement the SEO strategy for the upcoming 10 months

• Enhance our AI-driven content generation platform (utilizing Claude Skills)

• Actively tackle SEO hurdles (including algorithm changes, etc.)

• Technical SEO: assess technical health (crawling statistics, structured data, page indexing)

• Track visibility (SEO and AI), introduce new content formats, and ensure their effectiveness

• Partner with content creators, editors, and product teams to sustainably boost organic traffic

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of practical SEO experience, showcasing leadership roles

• Profound knowledge of programmatic SEO and the unique challenges associated with two-sided marketplaces

• Skilled in Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and at least one rank tracking tool (AWR, Sistrix, Ahrefs, etc.); familiarity with Matomo or PostHog is advantageous

• Native German speaker — a significant part of our content and SEO initiatives is focused on the German market

• Applicants must be freelancers, with verifiable experience collaborating with multiple clients
