Senior SEO Content Writer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create well-crafted, search-optimized service pages, blog posts, and local landing pages that resonate with genuine customers.

• Collaborate with SEO Specialists and Account Managers to convert campaign strategies into content that achieves measurable results.

• Assist Content Managers by reviewing, editing, and enhancing the work produced by junior writers or external teams.

• Write within established silos to position clients as leaders in their respective industries.

• Develop content that not only ranks well but also drives form submissions, phone calls, and booked appointments.

• Conduct in-depth research into trades and service niches to produce accurate and authoritative content.

• Contribute to the refinement of briefs, templates, and content SOPs to ensure scalable output without sacrificing quality.

• Serve as the senior writing support for content managers, ensuring deadlines are met and standards remain high.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in SEO-focused content writing, preferably in an agency or multi-client setting.

• Demonstrated ability to write service-oriented content that ranks locally and generates leads.

• Strong grasp of local SEO fundamentals, including search intent, keyword targeting, metadata, internal linking, and structured silos.

• Editorial capabilities to review and enhance the work of other writers for clarity, coherence, and optimization.

• Comfortable operating within defined briefs and SOPs while possessing the confidence to improve them.

• Familiar with SEO tools such as SurferSEO, SEMrush, Clearscope, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.

• Experience with WordPress and Google Workspace.

• Effective communicator capable of collaborating with SEO specialists, Account Managers, and content managers.
