This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and lead the global paid search strategy across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and emerging search engines.
• Create and sustain a paid search roadmap that aligns with both Self-Serve and Sales-Assist KPIs concurrently.
• Navigate the complexities of B2C purchasing behavior alongside B2B buying cycles.
• Spearhead the advancement of paid search strategy as 1Password expands into new markets and product offerings.
• Manage the entire campaign lifecycle, including keyword strategy, audience segmentation, bid management, ad copy development, and landing page alignment.
• Propel continuous optimization across metrics such as CAC, ROAS, MQL volume, pipeline contribution, and LTV signals.
• Establish and oversee a comprehensive experimentation program.
• A minimum of 7 years of practical experience in paid search / SEM within a B2B SaaS or combined B2C/B2B setting.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing paid search in both a PLG/self-serve and a sales-assisted context.
• Proven history of handling substantial budgets with direct responsibility for pipeline and revenue results.
• Experience in developing and scaling experimentation initiatives within paid search.
• Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, and GA4.
• Strong understanding of B2B attribution and Salesforce-integrated reporting.
• Actively employs AI tools to enhance workflow and create more efficient processes.
• Highly analytical, able to connect search metrics to business results.
• Excellent communicator capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
