Senior Security Engineer – Cyber Resiliency

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Become part of a team comprised of highly skilled and principled individuals.

• Design, implement, and enhance innovative technical controls to identify and mitigate security incidents.

• Develop custom detection logic, incorporate threat intelligence, automate processes using SOAR, and create Agentic AI security operations playbooks.

• Contribute to or lead incident response initiatives, including conducting tabletop exercises.

• Work collaboratively across teams to embed security best practices into products and workflows.

• Perform thesis-driven threat hunts utilizing forensic data lakes.

• Remain committed to researching the threat landscape and investing in your professional development with dedicated work time and a training budget.

• This role includes rotational on-call duties; it is manageable, with a balanced workload shared among the team.


⛳️ Requirements

• A well-developed technical investigative mindset.

• Experience in securing cloud-native environments.

• Background in cloud and endpoint security operations.

• Preference for macOS or Linux technologies.

• A strong interest in artificial intelligence.

• Proficiency in threat intelligence.

• Capability to work autonomously across multiple concurrent projects.

• Knowledge, skills, and experience in cloud forensics and incident response.

• Ability to automate tasks using programming languages such as Go, Python, or Shell.

• Experience with offensive security and/or open-source software development is a plus.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, information security, or IT engineering, or a combination of these fields.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Security, or Information Systems is preferred but not mandatory.
