Senior Security Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and collaborate across various product development initiatives.

• Steer teams through secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices and guarantee that security requirements are integrated throughout the technology lifecycle.

• Work closely with software developers, architects, and infrastructure teams.

• Play a role in incident response and manage daily security operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience with a solid grasp of secure software development practices and application architecture.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Practical experience with incident response and security operations within a production setting.

• Proficient in conducting threat modeling or security risk assessments.

• Knowledgeable in cloud platforms, identity management, and contemporary DevOps practices.

• Capability to articulate technical security concepts effectively to both engineering and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience in regulated or compliance-focused environments.

• Familiarity with common security frameworks and standards.

• Background in security monitoring, logging, and alerting platforms.

• Relevant security certifications are advantageous.
