Senior Security Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Identify critical business risks associated with Instacart’s products and infrastructure.

• Analyze these risks and formulate remediation strategies with practical roadmaps.

• Create scalable systems to promote and facilitate secure engineering practices.

• Lead and implement systemic enhancements across engineering and other departments.

• Provide coaching and mentorship to fellow engineers within the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Security Engineering or Offensive Security positions.

• At least 3 years of experience in conducting code and design reviews.

• Familiarity with various security bug classifications and effective remediation techniques.

• Understanding of SaaS architectures, prevalent risks, and threat models.

• Proficiency in Variant Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, or Secure Frameworks.
