Senior Security Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conducting security assessments of Brave products

• Managing and resolving security-related reports

• Developing and implementing code focused on security

• Performing penetration testing on Brave products and infrastructure

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience (or equivalent) in security engineering

• Background in penetration testing and/or security auditing

• Expertise in C++, including both coding and code review

• Strong understanding of the Web security framework

• Experience in securing AWS infrastructure

• Comfortable collaborating and communicating asynchronously with a distributed software development team

• Able to navigate and work within a large, complex, and unfamiliar codebase

• Proficient with Git and collaborating on GitHub
